Hi, I’m Carly
I’m a Mental Fitness Coach helping people live their best lives—even when life is a struggle.
My approach allows you to discover your core values and purpose, and my practical tools help you navigate the inevitable challenges that life will bring.
I’m certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Japanese Psychology (grounded in Morita and Naikan philosophy), and have a post-grad Diploma in nutrition, as well as certifications as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach (courtesy of IIN). I am also currently studying a Masters in Counselling.
I’m a proud mother to Ceara and Oscar, married to Paul, and devoted human to two fur babies, Zula and Soxi.
