Hi, I’m Carly
I’m a Mental Fitness Coach helping people live their best lives—even when life is a struggle.
My approach allows you to discover your core values and purpose, and my practical tools help you navigate the inevitable challenges that life will bring.
I’m certified in Japanese Psychology (think Morita-based Therapy and Naikan), a certified Ikigai Coach, trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and armed with a post-grad diploma in nutrition, certified as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach (courtesy of IIN). I am currently undergoing a Masters in Counselling.
